Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to Inflova. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Inflova lets you create a reusable AI character and generate character-consistent image and carousel assets. You can refine generated images over multiple turns, keep generation sessions, and download assets for use in your existing workflow.

Features may evolve, change, pause, or be withdrawn. Preview, test, or pre-release features may be incomplete or less stable than generally available features. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, there is no service-level guarantee. Keep local copies of any assets you need.

You retain the rights you already hold in prompts, reference images, and other material you submit. You grant Inflova and its service providers a limited licence to process, transmit, store, reproduce, display, and modify that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Subject to applicable law and provider terms, you may use and download generated output. You are responsible for checking that you have all rights and permissions required for your inputs and intended use. We do not guarantee that output is unique, protectable by intellectual-property law, free from third-party claims, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Do not use Inflova to impersonate a real person, create non-consensual intimate imagery, exploit or sexualise minors, mislead people about a material fact, violate privacy or publicity rights, infringe intellectual property, or create unlawful, harmful, threatening, hateful, or abusive content.

Do not bypass credit, rate, or security controls; send abusive automated traffic; reverse engineer restricted parts of the service; or access another person's account, sessions, or assets.

Credits are service units used for eligible actions. Depending on what Inflova currently offers, credits may be granted for free, included with a subscription, or purchased separately. Available plans, prices, expiry terms, and renewal conditions are shown in the product before you obtain or purchase them.

A fixed number of credits is reserved for each generation action; the final deduction or return appears in your credit ledger. Credit costs may change for future actions. Reward claims may be reviewed, approved, declined, or reversed. Full rules are in the Credits & Billing Policy.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, investigate misuse, or address a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice.

You may ask support to close your account. Data handling after closure follows our Privacy Policy, including limited retention required for security, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or contain visual artifacts. To the extent permitted by law, Inflova is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will change the date above and provide additional notice when a change is material. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
