Inflova is an AI-powered tool for creating influencer personas, planning content, and generating images. The service relies on third-party AI providers for content generation.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person may create multiple influencer accounts within the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Inflova to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly prohibited content
  • Impersonate real individuals without their consent
  • Circumvent rate limits or cost controls
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the service
  • Violate the terms of any third-party AI provider

5. Generated Content

Content generated through Inflova (images, text, personas) is created using AI models from third-party providers. You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content in compliance with applicable laws and platform guidelines. Generated images may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI model provider.

6. API Costs & Limits

Inflova uses AI APIs that incur costs. The app enforces daily spend ceilings and rate limits to prevent excessive usage. These limits may be adjusted at any time.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Inflova available but do not guarantee uptime. The service depends on third-party infrastructure and AI providers that may experience outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

Inflova is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to content generated by AI models.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
