For businessesStay visible withoutbuilding a content team.
Inflova is an AI social media manager for lean businesses. It learns your products, customers and voice, then plans, creates and publishes Instagram and YouTube content after you approve. Your team supplies the business context and direction, not a fresh production brief for every post.
For founders, startups and businesses from one person to about twenty.

Is Inflova a fit for your business?
It is built for businesses with useful things to say and no dedicated team to keep saying them.
Your accounts go quiet between busy weeks
Posting happens in bursts when someone finds time, then stops when customer work takes over.
You post regularly, and it costs you too much time
Someone on the team spends half a day a week on captions, images and scheduling that should go to customers.
You know what your business is about, not what to post
Product knowledge, customer questions and a point of view are there. Turning them into a content plan is the part nobody owns.
You do not want another recurring handoff
A new hire or agency still needs briefs, feedback and someone inside the business to keep the work moving.
Not a fit if you need a human to shoot on location every week or your brand depends on one person on camera.
An example week for a small business
Fernwood Roasters is a sample account: a coffee roaster with a shop and a Saturday market stall. This is the week the Operator planned from its website, menu and past posts.

What does the Operator handle each week?
It owns the recurring loop while your business keeps control of the inputs and approvals.
- 1
Understand
Reads your website, product pages, existing posts and any documents you give it. Learns what you sell, who buys and how you talk.
- 2
Plan
Decides the week's mix: product, education, behind the scenes, customer questions. Adds research when a topic needs it.
- 3
Create
Writes the copy and captions, produces the images, scripts and voices the Reels and Shorts.
- 4
Review
You approve the finished posts, edit any of them, or send one back with a note.
- 5
Publish
Approved posts go out on schedule to Instagram and YouTube.
- 6
Learn
Uses post performance to adjust the next mix of topics and formats.
Can it take over an account that already exists?
Inflova takes over at any stage. For businesses the usual starting point is an account that exists but is inconsistent.
- Starting
No account yet
The Account Brain builds a strategy from your website and materials, and the first week's posts come with it.
- Inconsistent
An account that stalls
The Operator restarts the cadence with posts that match what you already published, then keeps it going.
Typical starting point - Active
Already posting weekly
The Operator takes over the production work and the planning. You keep approving and steering.
Typical starting point
You decide how much to hand over
Three modes, one Account Brain. Switch whenever you like.
Autopilot
The Operator plans and creates every week. You approve.
Approve the week in one click on Monday morning.
Assisted
You give direction; the Operator adapts the plan.
“We launch the new blend on the 20th. Build up to it.”
Manual
You start a specific post; the Operator makes it with your Account Brain.
“Make a carousel explaining our subscription.”
Questions from business owners
Does it work for a business without a designer or videographer?
Yes. The Operator produces the images, carousel slides, Reel and Short visuals and voiceover itself from your Account Brain. If you have product photography, brand assets or footage, add them and the Operator uses them; if you do not, it still produces complete posts.
Will the posts sound like my business?
The Account Brain learns your brand voice from your website, existing posts and anything you write for it, including things to avoid. You approve every post before it goes out, and each edit or note teaches it. Posts get closer to your voice with each week.
What work still belongs to my team?
Your team provides accurate business context, connects the accounts and reviews what Inflova proposes. You can approve a week at once, edit a post or send it back with a note. Inflova handles the recurring planning and production; product decisions, factual checks and final approval stay with you.
Can the Operator promote a launch or an offer?
Yes. In Assisted mode you tell it what to promote and when, in plain language, and it builds the lead-up and the launch posts into the plan. You can also reduce promotional posts if you prefer education and behind-the-scenes content to carry the account.
Which platforms does it run for businesses?
Instagram (posts, carousels and Reels) and YouTube (Shorts) in V1. One Account Brain holds the strategy for both, so you do not maintain separate plans. Stories, long-form YouTube video and other networks are not part of V1.
Keep the business visible. Keep your week.
Get early access and let the Operator run your Instagram and YouTube.
For founders, small teams and businesses that would rather serve customers than write captions.
