This Privacy Policy explains how Inflova handles personal information when you visit the website, create an account, use the product, contact support, make a purchase, or take part in a credit or referral activity.

Inflova is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact support if you believe a minor has provided information to us.

We collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication identifier, locale, account settings, and credit balance. We keep security, device, request, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and protect the service.

Product data includes influencer descriptions, base and reference images, prompts, enhanced prompts, generated media, generation sessions and turns, selected assets, job status, and credit reservations and ledger entries.

If you participate in rewards or referrals, we may collect submitted links, optional context, referral relationships, qualification activity, requested credit amounts, product feedback permission, review notes, and signals needed to apply campaign limits.

If paid plans or credits are available and you make a purchase, we collect transaction details such as the product, amount, currency, payment status, billing country, and provider reference. Our payment provider processes your payment details; Inflova does not need to store your full card number.

We use information to authenticate users, create and maintain AI characters, process generation and prompt-enhancement requests, store and deliver assets, preserve session history, operate credits and rewards, provide support, diagnose failures, secure the service, process purchases and subscriptions when offered, and improve the product experience.

Where applicable, we process information to provide the service you request, pursue legitimate interests such as security and product improvement, comply with legal obligations, and—for optional analytics—based on your consent.

Prompts, prompt enhancements, selected generation history, and relevant reference images are sent to the configured AI provider when required to complete a request. Depending on the configured workflow, these providers may include Atlas Cloud, fal.ai, and a configured language-model provider such as OpenRouter.

We also use service providers for hosting, authentication and databases, object storage and CDN delivery, background jobs, email, payments when offered, error monitoring, and—if you consent—product analytics. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments and may operate in other countries.

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the purposes described above. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the service with appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use your generated assets for third-party advertising. Optional analytics is controlled through your cookie preferences.

Generated assets are copied into Inflova-managed object storage for delivery through the application. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted network connections, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

We generally retain account and product data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Some information may remain longer for backups, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations. Third-party providers may retain request data according to their own terms.

Essential cookies and browser storage support authentication, security, language, preferences, and your consent choice. PostHog and Google Analytics are enabled only after you allow product analytics through the consent banner.

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings. See the Cookie Policy for the categories, purposes, and controls.

You can download generated assets from the product. You may contact support to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where legally or operationally required.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or the right to complain to a supervisory authority. We may update this policy as the service evolves; material changes will receive appropriate notice.
