Credits & Billing Policy

Credits are service units used for eligible actions in Inflova. Depending on the offers currently available, credits may be granted for free, earned through an activity or referral, included with a subscription, purchased separately on a pay-as-you-go basis, or added manually by the Inflova team.

The Credits page and checkout, where applicable, show which plans or credit options are currently available. Before a purchase, Inflova will show the price, currency, included credits, applicable taxes, expiry terms, and any renewal conditions.

Subscription plans renew only when this is disclosed during purchase. You can cancel a recurring plan to stop future renewals; cancellation does not normally reverse credits or service already provided. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms.

Credit costs are based on the action you request, not the underlying AI provider or model. Image generation, explicit AI-assisted prompt enhancement, and different video durations can each have their own fixed credit cost.

Every generated image is charged as one image action. A carousel that generates several slides therefore reserves credits for each requested slide. Image edits and later image turns are also image-generation actions. Costs may change for future requests, but not after credits have already been reserved for an action.

The required credits are reserved before a generation job is queued. This prevents simultaneous requests from spending the same balance. If your available balance is lower than the required amount, the request will not start.

A successful action captures the reserved amount. The Credits page shows reservations, completed deductions, returned credits, grants, rewards, purchases, and expiry entries when applicable. Inflova applies credits in the order described in the product, using the nearest-expiring credits first within each category.

If a generation job fails before delivering its result, the corresponding reserved credits are returned automatically. A background reconciliation process also checks for interrupted jobs and unresolved reservations.

A completed result that you dislike, or that contains ordinary AI variation or artifacts, is not treated as a failed job. If your ledger does not update after a technical failure, contact support for review.

Different credit types may have different expiry or rollover rules. Promotional credits, subscription credits, and separately purchased credits expire only according to the terms shown when they are granted or purchased. Your available expiry information is shown on the Credits page.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, completed credit purchases and consumed credits are not refundable. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practical. This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation or consumer rights that apply where you live.

Reward claims and requests for additional credits may be reviewed manually and do not guarantee approval. Inflova may decline or reverse credits linked to duplicate submissions, misleading attribution, spam, manipulated referrals, or other misuse.

Any incentivised public post must include disclosures required by the relevant platform and applicable law. Campaign-specific eligibility, credit amounts, limits, and expiry terms are shown with the activity.
