Refund Policy
Inflova is currently in early access. This page sets a simple expectation for future paid plans while the product and pricing are still being finalized.
Early access
If early access is free, there is no payment to refund. If a paid pilot is offered, the refund terms should be stated clearly before payment.
Future subscriptions
For future self-serve plans, cancellation should stop future billing. Refunds for a billing period will depend on the terms shown at checkout.
Service issues
If a paid customer cannot use the service because of a confirmed platform or product issue, the team should review the case and offer a practical remedy.
