Creating Posts
Generate images and assemble complete Instagram-ready posts
Creating a post means turning a calendar plan into a finished piece of content — with generated images, a polished caption, and hashtags ready to copy to Instagram.
Two ways to create posts
From the content calendar
This is the recommended flow for planned content:
- Open a post in the content calendar
- Click View Post to open the post detail page
- Each image slot shows the visual description from your plan
- Click Generate on any slot to create the image
- Review the generated image, regenerate if needed
- Mark the post as Ready when you're satisfied
From the Studio
For spontaneous content or experimentation:
- Open Studio from the navigation bar
- Type an image prompt or use Moosa to craft one
- Generate the image
- After generating, create a post around it by generating post content
Generating images
The Studio workspace
The Studio has three panels:
- Left: Gallery — all previously generated images for this account
- Center: Canvas — the current image being generated or viewed
- Right: Prompt — where you type descriptions and see generation history
Writing effective prompts
Your influencer's base image is automatically used as a style reference, ensuring visual consistency. Focus your prompt on the scene and action:
Good: "sitting at a rustic cafe table, morning light through windows, holding a chai cup, relaxed expression"
Less effective: "a photo of a person at a cafe" (too vague — the AI has little to work with)
Post types
- Static — single image. One prompt, one generation.
- Carousel — multiple slides. Each slide needs its own prompt. Use Generate All from the calendar to batch-generate all slides.
Generation tips
- Images take 10-30 seconds to generate depending on the model
- The progress bar shows real-time status
- Generated images are saved automatically to the Gallery
- Use reference images from the Gallery to maintain consistency between shots
The post detail page
When you click View Post from the calendar, you see the full post assembly view:
Image slots
Each slot corresponds to a visual description from your calendar post. Slots can be:
- Empty — shows the visual description text. Click Generate to create the image.
- Filled — shows the generated image. Click Regenerate to try a different version without losing other slides.
Caption and hashtags
The right panel shows editable fields for:
- Caption — your Instagram caption text
- Hashtags — tag list for discoverability
- Pinned comment — first comment text (commonly used for extra hashtags or calls to action)
Copy caption
Click Copy Caption to copy the caption and hashtags to your clipboard in Instagram-ready format — with proper line spacing and hashtag separation. Paste directly into Instagram.
Post status
- Draft (gray) — the post is still being worked on
- Ready (green) — all images are assigned and the post is ready to publish
Click the status badge to toggle between draft and ready. Posts need at least one image to be marked as ready.
